| Terms and Condition of Sales: All returns and exchanges must be done within 5 business days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. |
| All ammunition and firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges on ammunition & firearms. |
| All DVD sales are final. Exchanges only for defective DVD for same title. If you recieve the wrong DVD do not open the DVD, once opened you can not exchange the DVD. |
| All orders placed on the website are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. |
| All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. Delivery is from 4 to 5 days. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out on the following Monday. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number that you can track through the USPS website. |
If you order an item that is out of stock your order will be canceled and your credit card refunded; OR the item will be backordered if available.
